Acceptable Use Policy

JamHaul is a tool for personal playlist management. These rules define what you may and may not do with the service.

You may

  • Sync playlists you own or have permission to manage.
  • Use JamHaul for personal, non-commercial, and small-business use.
  • Connect multiple music service accounts that belong to you.

You may not

  • Use JamHaul to infringe on copyright or music platform terms of service.
  • Connect accounts that you do not own or have explicit authority to manage.
  • Automate JamHaul at a scale that exceeds the API quotas of connected platforms.
  • Attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the API, or probe for vulnerabilities.
  • Use JamHaul to build a competing playlist synchronisation product.
  • Cache, redistribute, or commercially exploit playlist data obtained through JamHaul.
  • Send abusive, harassing, or illegal content through any JamHaul-connected feature.

Platform terms

Using JamHaul does not replace your obligation to comply with Spotify's and YouTube's developer and end-user terms. JamHaul is not endorsed by or affiliated with either company.

Enforcement

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund. Repeated violations will result in permanent ban. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to authorities.
