- You must comply with Spotify's and YouTube's developer terms when using JamHaul.
- You may only connect accounts you own or have authority to manage.
- You must not use JamHaul to infringe copyright or circumvent platform restrictions.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service.
Acceptable use

Free and Premium plans
The Free plan is provided without charge and may be changed or discontinued with notice. Premium is billed monthly at $1.99. You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platform outages or API quota limits may affect sync. Check status.jamhaul.com for current status.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Limitation of liability
JamHaul is not liable for playlist data loss caused by third-party platform changes, API outages, or user misconfiguration. We recommend reviewing sync history before enabling automatic syncing.
